The Trade Mark Search and Advisory Report is available. It is found that there are conflicting Marks in respect of Class 18, Class 24 and Class 25 range of goods. There is a mark text 'Don' registered in the name of Edward Don & Company of North Riverside,Illinois, U.S.A. Edward Don has also registered the stylised word mark 'DON.' Proprietor Tiranthrai Sdn of Jalan Tuanka Adbul Rahman, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia has also registered the text mark DON. These are two possible companies who could object to our logo so the directors of the company have decided to re-class the range of goods and split up the word mark Don Key A Lane from the body of the logo.
