• Don Key A Lane is incorporated, under the Companies Act 1985, into a private limited company, authenticated by the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales.
• Don Key A Lane Limited publish a Memorandum And Articles Of Association.
• The First Meeting of the Directors of Don Key A Lane Limited where held at the registered office of the company. At this meeting two persons where appointed first Directors of the company. A first Secretary of the company was also appointed. It was resolved that the registered office of the company would be Somerset House, 40-49 Price Street, Birmingham, B4 6LZ.
• Company shares were taken up upon incorporation.
• The services of Nationwide Corporate Services Limited were used to assist with the incorporation of the company.
